Every rule names the standard it comes from, and each project records the ruleset version it was checked against. Standards are revised, and local amendments vary by country — so treat the ruleset version as the thing you compare against, not the standard number alone. Some clearance values are still placeholders awaiting confirmation against the purchased standards; that is why nothing here is presented as a compliance verdict.
