By using LabPlanner you agree to the following.

Design-intent only

LabPlanner produces design-intent layouts and visualisations. It checks a layout against a configurable set of pre-checks derived from EN standards and reports what it finds.

• It does not certify, approve, or warrant that a layout complies with any standard, building code, or regulation.
• A qualified professional must validate every layout against local building, fire, and civil-defence codes before procurement or construction.
• Some clearance values ship as clearly-marked placeholders pending confirmation against the purchased standards; the ruleset version used is recorded with every saved project and printed on every export.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it for others.

Your content

Your projects remain yours. We store and process them only to provide the service, and you can export or delete them at any time.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of work that matters — the editor can export any project as a file.

Who you are contracting with

The service is operated by the entity below, and your agreement for it is with that entity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction — except where consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Paid plans

Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.

• Payment is taken by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record: they issue your invoice, handle any sales tax or VAT due, and their purchase terms cover the transaction itself.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Refunds and lapsed plans

Full refund within 14 days of a charge, for any reason — ask through the contact form and we will arrange it with the payment provider.

If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. Existing projects stay readable, editable and exportable; you simply cannot create new projects beyond the free limit, and new exports carry the preview mark again.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LabPlanner is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its output. It is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional judgement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
